FixMyPast.com ("FixMyPast" or "we") allows our users to post messages viewable by any visitors to the site. The services offered by FixMyPast ("FixMyPast Services") include the FixMyPast messages, comments, banners, and any other features, content, or programs offered by FixMyPast in connection with the FixMyPast website. Although FixMyPast has attempted to provide accurate information on the website, we assume no responsibility for the accuracy of the information found on our site.

By accepting this Terms of Service Agreement ("TOS Agreement"), you agree to follow the terms set forth by FixMyPast for acceptable use of FixMyPast Services. As a "User" (a visitor that simply browses our website), you agree to be legally bound by this TOS Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the FixMyPast services. FIXMYPAST AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR ANY FixMyPast SERVICE, DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE INFORMATION PRESENT, EVEN IF FixMyPast OR ITS SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Rules and Regulations
This TOS Agreement outlines acceptable use of the FixMyPast Services while using our site. You agree to the following rules and regulations during the duration of your visit.

Content. Text, images, photos, video, sound, music, files or any other materials ("Content") that you post to the FixMyPast Services are your sole responsibility. FixMyPast does not claim any ownership rights of the Content posted by you. After posting Content to our site, you retain all ownership rights of this Content and continue this ownership as long as it remains posted. By publishing this Content to the FixMyPast Services, you grant FixMyPast a limited license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display such Content on our site. This license does not grant FixMyPast the right to sell or distribute your Content outside of the FixMyPast Services, and will terminate once this Content is removed. You acknowledge that FixMyPast does not have control over the Content posted by its users, therefore FixMyPast is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of such Content and does not reflect the opinions and policies of FixMyPast. When posting Content, choose carefully the information you provide to other users through the FixMyPast Services. Your submissions may not contain any photographs of nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter. Despite this regulation, user-submitted Content may contain such matter provided we do not pre-screen or monitor Content. FixMyPast will not be held liable for this material. However, if you become aware of such Content, please contact FixMyPast as soon as possible.

You acknowledge that FixMyPast may delete Content that we believe violates this TOS Agreement. FixMyPast reserves the right to reject or remove any posting through the FixMyPast Services by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the FixMyPast Services at any time if we determine that you pose a threat to the FixMyPast Services and its users. Any Content that is found to be offensive, illegal, or threatens the safety of any person will be removed immediately without warning. You acknowledge that FixMyPast reserves the right to terminate your account with or without prior notice, and without liability. In the event that FixMyPast chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the FixMyPast Services, we do not claim responsibility for any of the Content posted by you or other users. In addition, we assume no obligation to remove or modify any inappropriate Content and no responsibility for the conduct of users who submit such Content.

Unacceptable Use. As a User of FixMyPast, you agree to follow the guidelines for unacceptable use on the FixMyPast Services. FixMyPast reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against anyone who violates these terms. You acknowledge that if you violate these guidelines, FixMyPast reserves the right to reject or remove any posting through the FixMyPast Services by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the FixMyPast Services. Posting or transmitting any Content that contains nudity, or obscene, lewd, violent, sexually explicit, or objectionable subject matter;

Posting or transmitting any Content or files that are pirated or providing links to pirated software and materials;
Posting information that you know is false or misleading;
Posting photos or images of another person without their consent;
Harassing or encouraging harassment of another person;
Using the FixMyPast Services for the purpose of harassing, harming, or abusing another person;
Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your association with a group or entity;
Using the login, password, or account of another person at any time;
Changing or altering the personal information of another person;
Disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to login as you or access your account;
Soliciting for any personal information from anyone under 18;
Promoting illegal or criminal activity or providing instructional information about illegal activity;
Soliciting for any passwords or personal information for commercial or unlawful activity;
Collect or store any personal information about another person unless authorized to do so by that individual;
Using scripts or automated programs to perform functions, including but not limited to, adding friends, sending messages, adding comments, adding snaps, or inviting members;
Blocking or masking any advertisements on the web site;
Disrupting or interfering with the networks, servers, or services connected to the FixMyPast Services;
Using the FixMyPast Services in a manner which violates any laws or regulations;

Term. You will follow these rules and guidelines of the TOS Agreement as long as you are a user of FixMyPast. The duration of your term begins once you have visited the website and will terminate when you leave the website. You may terminate your use at any time by leaving the website or closing your internet browser. We reserve the right to block your IP address with or without prior notice, at any time, and without liability. You are solely responsible for any use or activity connected to your IP address.

Disputes. FixMyPast will not be responsible for the interactions of its users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the site. FixMyPast reserves the right to monitor interactions between its users yet is not required to do so. It is your responsibility to resolve disputes with other users. We will not be held liable for any disputes, quarrels, disagreements, or any other activity between users on, or off, the FixMyPast Services.

Children and Privacy
Our websites do not target and are not intended to attract children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have obtained personal information of a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information. By using the FixMyPast Services, you warrant that you are 13 years of age or older and agree to (a) provide information that is both truthful and accurate; (b) maintain the accuracy of the information you have provided to make sure that it is current; (c) use the FixMyPast Services without violating any laws or regulation. FixMyPast will suspend and terminate your use without warning if we learn that the information you have provided is inaccurate, untrue, or not current and deny future use of our services if necessary.

We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made on these sites. We are not responsible for the Content, products, advertising, or other materials made available by third parties. When you access these sites, you do so at your own risk. The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on this Web Site are the property of FixMyPast or other third parties. Users are not permitted to use these Marks without the prior written consent of FixMyPast or such third party which may own the Mark. ALL CONTENTS ON THIS SITE ARE PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT. EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PERMITTED HEREIN, NO PORTION OF THE INFORMATION ON THIS WEB SITE MAY BE REPRODUCED IN ANY FORM, OR BY ANY MEANS, WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM FixMyPast. FixMyPast reserves the right to change this Terms of Service Agreement at any time in its discretion and to notify users of any such changes solely by changing this Terms of Service Agreement. Your continued use of FixMyPast.com after the posting of any amended Terms of Service Agreement shall constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes. Please note that your use of this site prior to the time this Terms of Service Agreement was posted will be governed according to the Terms of Service Agreement that applied at the time of your use.

FixMyPast may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict the use of any portion of FixMyPast.com, including the availability of any portion of the Content at any time, without notice or liability. FixMyPast may deny access to any person or user at any time for any reason. In addition, FixMyPast (or FixMyPast.com) may at any time transfer its rights and obligations under this TOS Agreement to any Tribune Company affiliate, subsidiary or business unit, or any of their affiliated companies or divisions, or any entity that acquires FixMyPast, FixMyPast.com or any of their assets.

This TOS Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You hereby agree that any cause of action you may have with respect to FixMyPast.com must be filed in a federal or state court located in Los Angles, California, within two months of the time in which the events giving rise to such claim began, or you agree to waive such claim. If for any reason any provision of this TOS Agreement is found unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties as reflected in that provision, and the remainder of the TOS Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. Any failure of FixMyPast.com to enforce or exercise any provision of this TOS Agreement or related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. The section titles used in this TOS Agreement are purely for convenience and carry with them no legal or contractual effect. In the event of termination of this Agreement for any reason, you agree that the following provisions will survive: the provisions regarding the limitations on your use of Content, the license(s) you have granted to FixMyPast.com, and all other provisions for which survival is equitable or appropriate.
